35 Afghans dead the day after NATO said 'read my lips - less new air strikes.'
"Residents said at least eighteen bodies, [ranging from six months to fifteen years old] were pulled from the rubble, with another twelve said to still be buried underneath." That six month old was a real threat to NATO... but so is all life, I suppose. The forces of regimented, robotic, impersonal slaughter from aircraft from Afghanistan to Alaska have struck another heroic blow for the great, grand, glorious 'coalition.' Whether wolves, men, women or babies, when you destroy their lives with weapons beyond all sense you can't even know whether they'd done anything wrong, much less whether they'd had beautiful dreams on their last night alive, whether they ever had a chance to smile at a sunset, ...nothing.
